Adult Classes

Good news: adults enjoy all of the same benefits as children from training in the martial arts! Whether you're a beginner looking for a new challenge or an experienced practitioner looking to reignite your passion for training after a short (or not so short) hiatus, you'll feel right at home as a member of our martial arts family.

In addition to our regular martial arts program, we also offer a weekly class on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals and basic concepts. This is a great opportunity to get an understanding of what it's like to defend yourself from a grounded position. Your conditioning will also be challenged in a way different from that of the Tae Kwon Do training, adding another layer of fitness to your routine.

Speaking of fitness routines, our Fighter Fitness classes are a great way to get in shape as a stand-alone class, but even better as an addition to your ongoing martial arts training. By using functional movements that mimic and/or enhance techniques used in the martial arts, these classes are designed to increase your balance, flexibility, strength, endurance, and overall coordination.
